The Financial Fit
CWRT is one of the signatories for the Investing in Women Code and as a business with 100% of the senior management team being women, we are extremely passionate about closing the gender gap and therefore have created The Financially Fit (TFF).

The Financial Fit is a project created to educate and empower women business owners to be more financially independent and savvy. The programme provides business and financial support infrastructure specifically for women-owned businesses in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Through developing new financial skills, negotiation skills, new ways of working and improved business models, the delivery of women-targeted support provides further opportunities for facilitating cross-sector innovation and will drive the societal and environmental transformation to help accelerate the economic recovery. The programme has assisted women business owners to break down the barriers that prevent them from growing themselves and their business and had a variety of successes.
